1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Affordable Renovation's website, booking a service, or entering into any project agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal owner, tenant with authorization, or authorized agent of the property where services are requested. Business clients must be duly organized legal entities authorized to conduct business in their jurisdiction.

3. Estimates and Project Agreements

All estimates are valid for 30 calendar days from issuance. Written project agreements govern all work. Changes to project scope require a signed written change order before additional work begins. Verbal agreements or instructions given to field technicians do not modify the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 25–35% is required to confirm and schedule any project
• Progress payments are due at defined project milestones as specified in your agreement
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client acceptance walkthrough
• Unpaid balances past 30 days accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually)

5. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled in writing within 3 business days of contract signing for a full deposit refund. Cancellations after this window may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit to cover scheduling, labor reservation, and materials already procured.

6. Workmanship Warranty

Affordable Renovation provides a 5-year limited warranty on installation workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original project address. The warranty is void if unauthorized modifications are made to our work or if manufacturer maintenance requirements are not followed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Affordable Renovation's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total contract value for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use, property value changes, or business losses.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws USA. Disputes shall first be addressed through 30-day good-faith negotiation. Unresolved matters proceed to binding arbitration under AAA Construction Industry Rules in USA. Class action and jury trial rights are waived for covered disputes.
